ULTA — Visual Merchandising System & Nationwide Reset Execution
Directed the design operations and development of an internal visual merchandising system that enabled nationwide ULTA resets within accelerated four-week launch windows. Created scalable templates, guidelines, and training resources to improve consistency and efficiency across design teams while establishing streamlined approval and routing workflows through Workfront.

Outcome: Delivered a repeatable process that increased speed to market, improved cross-functional alignment, and supported on-time execution across retail locations.
