JPMS New & Now

New & Now — Digital Experience & Platform Transformation

Originally developed as a printed bi-monthly catalog distributed to salons, retail partners, and distributors to communicate upcoming promotions, launches, and special pricing, New & Now was reimagined into a digital-first experience to improve accessibility, engagement, and sustainability.

The project began as a request to convert static PDFs into interactive digital editions. Following positive stakeholder response, the initiative expanded into a dedicated web platform. I led the design and layout direction, transforming the publication into an interactive website experience while art directing supporting assets and developing content systems for recurring releases.

After establishing the visual framework, information architecture, and wireframes, I helped scale the project into an ongoing operation by building workflows in Workfront and partnering with Trade Marketing to support production planning and cross-functional execution. I also advocated for transitioning platforms to improve flexibility, interactivity, and long-term maintainability, helping evolve the experience into a more scalable solution.

The website became a successful extension of the publication while supporting the company’s broader sustainability initiatives by reducing reliance on printed materials and creating a more dynamic way to engage audiences every bi-monthly cycle.
